The most common choice. Durable, vibrant, and works on most fabrics.
•Discharge
Removes dye from the shirt and replaces it with pigment for an ultra-soft, vintage feel.

Adds a shiny, premium finish to logos and designs.
•Reflective
High-visibility ink for safety apparel, sportswear, and outdoor gear.

Pros
T-Shirts printing with this technique are cheaper with big orders. The larger the order the less expensive the cost. So far very large orders, you can usually save money relying on screen print and get cheap t-shirt printing for your big event.
Cons
For the screen print is the minimum order quantity instead of the DTF where the customer can get a custom t-shirt with no minimum order. That is due to the extra material and preparation time associated with the printing method.

Our Screen Printing Process
Step 1 — Submit your design
Send us your artwork, quantity, garment style, sizes, and deadline. Our team reviews every submission to confirm it’s print-ready.
Step 2 — Design review & color separation
Our design department separates each color into individual screens, cleans up the artwork, and sends you a digital proof for approval before we move forward.
Step 3 — Screen setup & ink matching
Each screen is prepared with the approved ink color. We stage the screens in print order to ensure accurate color registration on every garment.
Step 4 — Printing
Every garment is printed one color at a time using our production equipment. Each screen is applied in sequence to build the final design.
Step 5 — Curing
Finished garments run through our dryer at 380°F for 25 seconds. This cures the ink to the fabric, which ensures prints won’t crack, peel, or wash off.

Screen Printing Pricing & How It Works
Screen printing pricing depends on four main factors: garment type and brand, order quantity, number of ink colors, and print locations. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost — bulk orders bring significant savings compared to small runs.
Here is a general guide to how pricing works:
Quantity — Larger orders cost less per shirt. Screen printing is most cost-effective at 24 pieces or more.
Colors — Each ink color requires a separate screen and adds a one-time setup fee. Simpler designs with 1–3 colors keep costs down.
Print locations — Front-only prints cost less than front + back or sleeve combinations.
Garment brand — Budget brands like Gildan cost less per unit than premium options like Bella+Canvas or Next Level.
Ink type — Specialty inks like metallic, reflective, or discharge may carry an additional cost.

Screen Printing FAQ
1. What is screen printing and how does it work?
Screen printing, also known as silk screening, transfers ink through a mesh screen onto a garment. Each color requires a separate screen. The ink is applied thicker than digital printing, which produces brighter, more durable results — especially on dark fabrics.
2. What inks do you use?
We primarily use high-quality plastisol inks because they are durable, vibrant, and long-lasting. We also offer water-based, discharge, metallic, and reflective inks depending on the project.
3. What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Screen printing requires a minimum order due to screen setup and materials involved. For small or no-minimum orders, we recommend DTF printing. Contact us for current minimums on your specific item.
4. How long does screen printing take?
Most orders are completed in 5–8 business days after design approval. Rush service is available for qualifying orders — contact us with your deadline.
5. What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) for the sharpest results. We also accept high-resolution .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF files at 300 DPI or higher.
6. How many colors can I include in my design?
Screen printing supports up to 6–8 colors. Each color requires a separate screen, which affects setup cost. For designs with many colors or gradients, DTF may be a better fit.
7. Do you offer rush screen printing?
Yes, rush service is available subject to production schedule. Contact us with your deadline and we will confirm availability and any additional fees.
8. Will the print wash off or crack?
No. We cure every garment at 380°F to permanently bond the ink to the fabric. Properly cared-for prints hold up to years of regular washing and wear.
