Hey there new costumer if you don’t really like your new bought item, you can return your purchase after 15 days of receipt. Your item must be in new, unworn condition preferably accompanied by your receipt, or your emailed invoice. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake (for example if you received an incorrect or a defective product, etc.) Please remember that our sale items are non-refundable, you can only exchange them for a different item. We can’t offer previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order.If you have to return an item, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the details of your order and the reason for the return and we’ll quickly get back to you with assistance. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the simple terms of our returns policy.
The moment in which you place an order, we will give you an estimate shipping and delivery date which will be based on the availability of your items first and also the shipping options you choose. For the most part, we will try our best to have your order shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the order unless otherwise noted. We ship all orders via USPS. Hub92prints client shall not hold Hub92prints liable for failure to make timely delivery because most of the time it does not depend on us, the delivery date specified. Any information given by Hub92prints as to a probable date of delivery by carrier is a statement of our opinion only and shall not be warranted in any form or manner. The products that Hub92prints provides that are produced overseas or with other providers will have no guarantee on exact delivery date as shipping or any other delays are out of our control and the client must agree that delivery dates are an estimate and not a guarantee. Hub92prints shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or any other deliveries by Hub92prints and/or carriers. Hub92prints will act as an agent only for the above receipt and forwarding of packages by the clients who’s name and address appears above. Hub92prints assumes no liability of the successful completion of delivery of the boxes or packages accepted for shipment nor for the loss of damages by any cause in the certain boxes or its contents . In the event of loss or damage to the client’s package Hub92prints will act as an agent on behalf of the customer for the filing and processing of claims. It is hereby expressly agreed that Hub92prints shall have no liability if any claim is denied or paid only in part by the carrier. Packages are not covered for damage as its being shipped.
