Is it possible to get help fixing my design?

At Hub92Prints we are always ready to help our customers, therefor we want you to feel free to ask or consult about your design, you can also share your ideas with us and we will develop a special personalized design just for you, for free!!!

 How can I make sure I have a good quality print?

To get the best results we recommend you send us a valid file format for the design like a Jpg, png, or tif. With a max size of 10 MB. If you still have a problem we can always assist you, just email or call us and our team will answer as soon as possible.

Can you remove the background from a photo?

At Hub92prints we specialize in Direct to Garment printing so we can always remove the background of your photos at no additional cost, just let us know writing us an email with the photo or the design so we can help you with that.

Can I get a better price if I choose only 1 or 2 max 3 colors print?

We can offer better prices for this type of print, which will be screen printing. In this case there’s a minimum of 24 items. For pricing please contact us directly by either emailing us the information of what you need, or calling us. Our team will gladly assist you in anything you need.

Are the products always available?

Once you choose and purchase a product, color and size, it means that its available. If for some reason the product is not available, we will contact you right away to let you know.

How do I know DTG printing is the best for me?

Direct to garment printing is meant for printing photographs and designs with unlimited amount of colors, you can basically print whatever you want the more color the better the quality of the print will be. Its light, its durable and you can basically print whatever you want.

What if there’s a product I want that I don’t see on this website?

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need a special product that you don’t see at our store, we will gladly make that order for you.

What if I’m not sure about the sizes?

If you’re not sure if you need a medium size or a large size, and you’re not sure about how it fits, or how it would look like. We have a size chart for each and every product and the explanation of how it fits. If you’re still not sure please chat with us or call us at any time.

What is the minimum of items that I have to purchase?

You can buy as many as 1 item

Is it possible to get a sample of the t-shirt or item I want to order?

Everybody likes to see and feel the final product they purchased, that is why at Hub92Prints we do offer a free fully printed sample with a purchase of 24 items, once its purchased you will receive an extra 1 to approve the fabric and the print, once approved we can then proceed to print the rest.

How do I know what my final price is?

Your price is determined when you choose a product, determine if you want the art on the front/back or both and the quantity. If you are looking to save don’t forget that as you increase the number of your items, the price will be less. Finally, you will have to add the shipping cost for the total of your order which will be added at checkout. At Hub92Prints even if you purchase one item we will always review your design, make sure you receive your purchase on time, help you with your design ideas, and always give you the best service possible.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At Hub92Prints we always make sure your order arrives on time, we produce it between 24 and 48 hours and we ask you to give it between 5 -8 days to arrive expecting it to arrive before. Please contact us if you need it faster and we can help you with that, also if you want to pick it up just let us know.

When the Can I check the status of my order?

order is finalized and sent you will receive an email with a link for you to check the status of your order, if you have further questions please contact us.

Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can ship to all the different addresses the customer needs, including International

What are my payment options?

When you pay online, you can choose paying by credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, etc.) and the other method is paying by PayPal. Once you arrive to check out you just simply choose which payment you want to use.

 

 RETURNING  ITEMS

What happens If I don’t like the item that I purchase?

At Hub92Prints we know that most people are new at this customizing and personalizing items, we do try to deliver the exact product that the customer has ordered, since we create a special product just for you we cannot resell that item, that is why we want our customers to double check their purchase. If the product is damaged or the print is wrong, or its just completely off, contact us and we will send you a new product.
