• Once you place your order, our graphic artists will get to work creating your free custom artwork.

• Our art turnaround is only about 24 hours!

• Once our artists have completed your free custom artwork, your customer service rep will send you a proof for you to review and, if necessary, submit changes.

• You have no obligation to approve the first proof you see. You can request any changes! We will revise your artwork and send it to you again for another approval.

• Once you have the design you love, you approve it and its sent off to the printing press. If you don’t approve it, we won’t print it.

• Note that we will print EXACTLY what you approve! That being said, be sure to review your proof with a keen eye to make sure spellings, print dimensions, sizes, quantities, colors and all other details are exactly as you want.

• When you’re sure, we’re sure.
